Yes — every plan starts with 30 days free, on the same inclusions as the paid plan. We’ll confirm when your free period starts and ends, and what happens at the end of it, in writing before you begin.
No. Discovery, build, testing and go-live are included in your monthly plan. The price you see is the price you pay.
Yes. Most clients start on Basic with a single process and move up once they want more automated. You can move down again if your needs change.
A distinct workflow with a defined trigger and outcome — for example “wholesale orders arriving by email are entered into the ERP”. We’ll confirm exactly how your processes are counted on the demo call, in writing, before you commit.
We’ll cover contract terms and notice periods on the demo call so there are no surprises. Ask us directly — you’ll get a straight answer before anything is signed.
