1. Our commitment to privacy
Your privacy is important to us and we act to protect the personal information we hold. This policy explains how Alta Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 29 661 763 891), trading as Autom8ERP, handles personal information, and how we treat the business data we access when running automations for our clients.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. Who we are
Autom8ERP is a business of Alta Brands Pty Ltd. We provide AI-powered automation for order processing and back-office tasks in ERP systems including Cin7 Omni, Cin7 Core and Apparel 21.
3. What personal information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries, provide our services and run our business:
- Business contact details — your name, company, role, work email address and phone number.
- Account and billing details — the contact and billing information needed to administer a subscription.
- Correspondence — records of your enquiries, support requests and our responses.
- Process information — the details you share during discovery so we can scope an automation.
- Technical information — limited website usage data collected through cookies and analytics.
We do not collect or store payment card numbers on this website.
4. Data inside the systems we automate
To run an automation we connect to systems you control — your ERP, and sometimes the sales channels, warehouses or accounting tools around it. Those systems contain your business records, which may include personal information about your own customers, staff and suppliers.
- We access those systems using credentials you create, scope and can revoke at any time.
- We handle that data on your behalf and on your instructions, only to operate the automations you have asked us to build and run.
- We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your customers.
- You remain responsible for your own privacy obligations to the individuals whose information is held in your systems.
We will confirm in writing what data an automation touches before it goes live.
5. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you wherever we can — when you submit a demo request, email or call us, become a client, or work with us during discovery and onboarding. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you use this website.
6. Why we collect and use it
We use personal information to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration; scope, build, operate, monitor and support your automations; administer your subscription; communicate with you about your service; send marketing communications where you have opted in; improve our services; and meet our legal obligations.
7. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with related companies within our group; service providers who help us operate (hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, accounting, support); automation and AI processing providers engaged under confidentiality obligations; professional advisers; and regulators or law enforcement where required by law.
8. Use and disclosure outside Australia
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, which may include New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
9. Cookies and website analytics
This website uses cookies to keep the site working properly and to understand how it is used. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
10. How we hold and secure it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only as long as we need it, or as required by law.
11. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Contact our Privacy Officer at info@altabrands.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
